Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.
After God has established us in the city on a hill we must be willing to work hard to see the results. If we won’t do our part God really doesn’t have to do anything for us. Our dreams probably will not come to pass if we will not work hard to do it. Man was created and put into the garden to do the work of cultivating. At the fall man was cursed to toil or do hard work just to survive. Work gives us purpose and an appreciation for what God has done for us. As believers we should consider work a blessing so we can take care of our own. Talk is cheap when only hard work can get things done. Poverty comes with too much talk. The Apostles taught that ministry takes a lot of hard work but we are blessed more when we or our best job for others. If we’ve come this far we can’t quit because if we keep striving our hard work will pay off sooner or later. At any point we can seek God for a new direction but it’ll be hard work to. The other side of hard work is appreciating those who do it in general but especially when it’s being done for us. Saying thanks goes a long way in recognizing ones hard work. Work is part of being human. It is a blessing or a curse but we can’t escape it if we want to survive and have a purpose. What a journey this year has been for us. I’m hoping it has been fun for everyone hearing about the dreams and what the Lord has shown me to share with others. Feel free to go back and reread what has come forth this year. Also be watching for the Christian Healthcare Commission (CHC) website in the coming year.
First this year we learned how big our God is. He is bigger than any of our problems. Jesus has paid the price for healing and some healing is hands on not just a simple touch. After discussing the revival in Lakeland, FL we learned that the anointing power of Jesus makes the difference in making us whole again (1 John 2:20). Than in a dream one of my doctors and a man of faith were working together to make sick people well. The sick need doctors and faith to be fully made well. With all the concern about the healthcare bill we found out that the Lord has a higher way and He don’t need a bill to do it (Isaiah 55:9). In a dream about flocks of birds gathering we learned the world is looking at us to find a better way. Next we discussed the dream of me overlooking a field representing the field we were called to influence and build for the Lord. Healthcare needs to be restored like the old medical facility I seen in a dream and only Jesus can fix it. Gathering helps us grow our gifts and share our love with others. Knowing we are in the right place to do something is important and together as one for Gods plan we will do it. The enemy will do what he can to stop those plans but if we abide in the House of God we will not be stopped. The CHC is committed to the work of healing in 3 phases (Matthew 10:7-8). Beabled Ministry strengthens the weak feeble by changing their focus onto the Lord. Body Builders helps all believers find their part and connect with the body. The Christian Medical Community (CMEDCOM) is committed to healing all three parts of people and showing them that Jesus is the difference (Matthew 6:10). After this I had a dream about getting started with the CHC. Then were a few dreams of the difference we can make if we trust God and let Him guide our steps.
Recently Tuesdays Torch has expanded its reach by building our official website http://www.tuesdaystorch.com . With the addition of the Daily Spark and Scripture Pictures we are further spreading the message of Christ. We have accepted the opportunity for Tuesday’s Torch to be in Redeemed the Magazine for prisoners. The founder and author of Tuesdays Torch Tim Sader, has spoken in church and has several other speaking engagements lined up for the near future. We pray the words of this Torch and every Torch will sink into the hearts and minds of readers. Please feel free to forward Tuesdays Torch to encourage others with its message. If there are any churches or ministries that would like to partner with Tuesdays Torch please let us know. We pray the Lord will touch every reader. All of what Christ did was so we would believe. He told us not to believe because of what He said but in what He did (John 14:11). Every Tuesday we talk a little more about what He did and what He is still doing. The best thing God has ever done was send His Son so we could be saved (John 3:16). If anyone is not a believer we pray they will meet the Lord. If anyone wants to make Jesus Christ their Savior send a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help it happen. Look out for next Tuesdays Torch on our website, by email or find it on Facebook by searching Tuesdays Torch. Thanks and God Bless!
No one lights a lamp and hides it in a clay jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, they put it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light. Luke 8:16
